Students to protest OU's massive compromise of Dysart Woods

Ohio University is planning to cut the buffer zone for Dysart Woods by 9 to 12 times the watershed buffer zone that OU has been asking be protected for 25 years.  Students and concerned citizens will protest this unacceptable compromise at OU's Board of Trustees meeting April 17-18.
The OU Campus Greens will hold a press conference at 1 p.m. in front of McGuffey Hall, then will actively communicate in the Trustees meeting the need to protect the full watershed buffer zone as clearly delineated by the Buckeye Forest Council.
